Antony Benetatos is a distinguished retired litigation lawyer with over 35 years of experience in family law, criminal law, and civil litigation.

Accredited as an NSW Law Society Specialist in Family Law since 2003, Antony’s expertise was further enhanced by a Master of Laws in Applied Family Law. This advanced qualification reflects his deep understanding of the complexities of family law, enabling him to handle even the most challenging cases with professionalism and empathy.

Raj is the managing director at Benetatos White, with a focus on corporate, litigation, estate planning, and commercial law. As an accomplished entrepreneur and business owner, Raj has launched and managed several ventures and remains involved in start-up businesses as an advisor or as outsourced general counsel and has had pivotal roles in capital raises and funding opportunities.

Daryl is a tenacious solution focused professional, listening to his clients to achieve a lending structure that meets their goals. With over 25 years working in conjunction with Businesses on growth, systems and processes he understand the need for Capital for a business to grow to the next level.

Scott has over 34 years of finance experience including residential, commercial and pharmacy & optometry finance. This strong and varied finance background continues to assist him to not only meet his client’s needs but exceed their expectations.

Scott launched Healthy Lending in July 2004, prior to this Scott worked for two of Australia’s leading banks.

Abraham is the Principal Solicitor of the firm. He started his career in the Automotive Services industry participating in almost every aspect of the industry. It wasn’t until a family tragedy led him to the legal profession that he realised he wanted to take a different direction in his life.
